From October 1 through February 16, a surcharge applies due to increased demand at our carriers. Despite our efforts to avoid this, we are unfortunately required to pass this surcharge on to our customers.
The surcharge rates are as follows:
- Europe: € 0,30 per kg
- America: € 0,50 per kg
- Rest of the world: € 0,80 per kg
This surcharge will be implemented by Kelvinbox starting November 13.
