Kelvinbox keeps a broad selection of insulated packaging sizes in stock, allowing us to choose the most suitable solution for your product and its destination. If a suitable option is not available, we also have the ability to produce custom packaging through our TCP solutions.
We don’t take “no” for an answer!
EPS Expanded Polystyrene
Kelvinbox offers a wide selection of EPS boxes, from 2 liters up to 238 liters, ensuring a suitable packaging solution is always available. Each EPS box also has a corresponding outer cardboard box available. For additional protection, we strongly recommend using a cardboard outer box for all shipments. EPS is also commonly known as polystyrene or Styrofoam.
TCP
Temperature Controlled Packaging can be produced to fit any internal carton size. Its insulation performance is virtually equivalent to that of EPS. For special projects, it is an ideal solution.
EPP Expanded Polypropylene
Ideal for use in a circular system, for example as packaging for home grocery delivery. The image above shows an EPP packaging solution during a test phase. As the moulds are relatively expensive, a milled prototype is created first. EPP is significantly stronger than EPS and can be reused many times, making it more cost-effective in the long run than EPS.
