Acquisition of Cryo Store BV Services by Kelvinbox BV
As of March 16, 2025, Kelvinbox BV has taken over most of the activities of Cryo Store BV, which means that the website and webshop are currently being updated.
In 2022, Menno Sappé sold Cryo Store BV to LabConnect Europe BV, headquartered in Swalmen, the Netherlands. LabConnect originally intended to relocate the services of Cryo Store BV to Swalmen by mid-2025, but this would have jeopardized regional service continuity. Employees were given the opportunity to relocate, but this was not a feasible option for the current staff.
Menno was given the opportunity to buy back a large part of the activities. Going forward, Cryo Store will focus exclusively on the Healthcare and Bio-tech sectors, with an emphasis on the storage and management of clinical studies. Until the relocation takes place, Kelvinbox BV will remain responsible for all direct services of Cryo Store BV.
